1. Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Time
Standard shipping: 10–25 business days to US, UK, Canada, Australia.
Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed, may be delayed due to customs, weather or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Cost
Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before payment. Some products may qualify for free shipping.

4. Customs & Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any local import tax, customs duty or brokerage fees charged by your country. We do not cover customs charges.

5. Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please contact your local post office first, then email us at hello@furjoysupplies.com within 14 days.

6. Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses provided by customers.
