1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
Items must be unused, unopened and in original condition to qualify for return.
Custom, personalized or clearance items are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
Email us at hello@furjoysupplies.com to start a return request.
We will reply with return instructions. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will approve your refund.
Refund will be issued to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days for funds to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Damaged / Wrong Item
If you receive broken, defective or incorrect items, please send clear photos within 7 days of delivery. We will offer replacement or partial refund after verification.
5. Non-refundable cases
- Items damaged due to improper use or pet chewing
- Order cancelled after shipment
- Shipping cost is non-refundable unless our mistake caused the error

All pet toys and accessories are for supervised use only.
Supervise pets during play. Not indestructible. Stop use if the product becomes damaged.
